  • Permitted: viewing lessons, downloading resources explicitly marked as downloadable, and participating in assessments.
  • Prohibited: redistributing course materials, sharing credentials, automated scraping, or circumventing access controls.
  • Availability: services may be updated, paused, or discontinued for maintenance or legal compliance.

2. Accounts

Keep your login secure and accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction.

  • Security: enable multi-factor authentication where available and notify us of any suspected breach.
  • Accuracy: maintain up-to-date profile and billing details.
  • Termination: we may suspend or terminate access for violations or risk to the platform.

3. Payments

Some courses are paid. Prices may change. Taxes may apply. Payments are processed by trusted providers; you authorize us to charge the selected method for subscription renewals unless canceled.

  • Billing cycles: subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • Refunds: unless required by law, all sales are final once content is accessed. We may, at our discretion, issue prorated refunds for technical failures preventing access.
  • Promotions: discounts and coupons are subject to separate terms and expiration dates.

4. Acceptable Conduct

Do not misuse the service or infringe upon others’ rights. We prohibit content or behavior that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or violates intellectual property.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or data loss.
  • Total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
